Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, not inside the Yeshua app.
On iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Yeshua → Cancel Subscription.
On Android: Google Play Store app → Profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Yeshua → Cancel Subscription.
I was charged but didn't receive Pro access
Try these steps in order:
1Close and reopen the Yeshua app.
2Sign out of your account, then sign back in.
3Use the Restore Purchases button on the Subscribe screen.
4If still not working, email us with your account email and approximate purchase time.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data by visiting the Account Deletion page. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and follow the email instructions. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@yeshua-app.com with your account email and we'll help you regain access.
Music isn't playing or stops unexpectedly
Yeshua's background music streams from our servers and requires an internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular, or closing and reopening the app.
If the problem continues, let us know which device and operating system version you're using so we can investigate.
Is Yeshua available in my language?
Daily verses and Scripture are available in multiple languages. The app interface and prayer features are currently in English, with more languages planned. Let us know what language you'd like to see next.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Email us at support@yeshua-app.com. Please include your device type, operating system version, and what you were doing when the issue occurred. We read every message.
